Manage your courts on Rally

Your club page is your booking desk. Players ask for a court there, and you answer from the Book tab: confirm it, see who is playing, or keep a court for yourself.

Availability

Court bookings are live at partner clubs in Islamabad. Owners and managers see everything below. Players see the same page without it.

How it works

Open your club page in the Rally app and tap Book.

   Waiting for you.

   Every request you haven’t answered, soonest first. Tap one to open it.

2. 2

   Rally bookings.

   Pick a day and see its confirmed games, with the court and who is playing.

   The times.

   Lime with a bell is a request. Blue is booked. Tap any time to see its courts.

4. 4

   Answer a request.

   Every court at 7:00 PM. Confirm gives the players the court, Decline turns it down, See match shows who’s playing.

   Block a court.

   Tap Block on a free court and pick how long: 60, 90 or 120 minutes, or the rest of the day.

   Blocked.

   Players can’t book it. Unblock gives it back.

What the colours mean

The times

  Available

  Free to book.

• 

  A request

  A player has asked for this time. Tap it to answer.

• 

  More than one request

  The number is how many are waiting.

• 

  The rest of a request

  The same request, running on past its start.

• 

  Partly booked

  A court is booked. Others are still free.

• 

  Fully booked

  Every court is booked.

• 

  Nothing to book

  Blocked by you, or too late in the day for a game to fit.

  A request is holding this court. Confirm or decline it.

  Confirmed. See match shows who is playing.

  Free. Block keeps it for you.

  Kept by you. Unblock gives it back.

Get started

1. Send us your details using the form below.
2. We message you on WhatsApp and set up your courts, hours and prices with you.
3. Open your club page in the Rally app and tap Book.

Good to know

Note: Once all four players are in, Decline reads Cancel booking, and the players are told.

• Your page shows how often you confirm, once your club has answered five bookings.
• An Americano at your club keeps its courts off the grid on its own.
• We set up your courts, hours and prices with you. Write to hello@rally.pk to change them.
