Rally is a padel matchmaking app for players across Pakistan — post a match you've already booked, find players to fill the open spots, sort out the details in chat, and log the score afterwards. If something isn't working, or you just have a question, send us a note and we'll get back to you.

Common questions

How do I change my profile?
Open Rally and go to Settings. You can update your name, photo, playing hand, and preferred side there.

How do I delete my account?
Open Rally → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, your place on every roster, your notifications, and every direct chat thread you were part of. One thing it does not remove: messages you sent in match, lesson and Americano threads stay in those threads, shown as from "Former player". Section 9 of our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what goes and what stays.

How do I report a player or a problem?
Report it in the app — there's a Report action on chat messages, on match listings, and on player profiles. You can also block a player from their profile, which makes the two of you invisible to each other across Rally. For anything the in-app report doesn't cover, email us at support@rally.pk with the details and we'll look into it.
